Your Mission

  • The Demand Planner will create a consensus forecasts using and developing forecasting tools, analysis, model creation, supersession/re-alignment, and present forecast in preparation for monthly demand review meetings
  • Develop and provide reports, graphs, and data analysis to support forecasting performance and KPIs (MAPE, Bias, FVA, etc.)
  • Work closely with supply planning group to balance monthly demand & supply
  • Identify & communicate forecasting & replenishment strategies to support stocking policies
  • Manage demand classifications (MTF/MTO)
  • Run, format, analyze, and prepare reports and forecasting projects to support growth, supply balancing and level loading
  • Facilitate Monthly Cross Functional Demand Review meetings

Your Talent

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • 2-3 years of experience of directly-related forecasting and analytics experience
  • Experience with Demand Planning Methodology
  • Industry and Market Knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Computer Science or related fields
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Accurate and detail oriented
  • Self-starter
  • Change leader
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • In mid-2021, the PUMA North America Regional Corporate Headquarters will be moving to a new office located in Somerville, MA. All positions currently located at the Westford office, as well as at our International Boston office, will make this transition
