Your Mission

  • Expand the development and diversity of our portfolio of partners while maintaining relationships with affiliates to motivate partners to improve campaign performance
  • Establish the proper cadence of communication check ins directly with the affiliate partners
  • Working with the in-house creative agency, develop the creative needs and ensure creative trafficking requests are fulfilled
  • Work with cross functional teams to determine promotional needs, landing pages, creative, site content and promotion set up and testing
  • Investigate competitive landscape in the affiliate space and provide strategic solutions to provide best in class programs
  • Ensure the company brand voice and messaging is not infringed upon and that the correct verbiage is used at all times; communicate to superiors and legal if any egregious infringements persist
  • Managing the agency of record, monitor delivery and campaign performance on an ongoing basis and generate campaign performance reports, provide performance analysis and execute on that analysis to ensure positive ROI
  • Using previous experience, share best practices in growing the program
  • Present out performance metrics to various in-house teams

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 
  • 5+ years of relevant experience working with affiliates either using an agency or directly managing the channel
  • Familiarity with the retail/ecommerce space
  • Excellent organization and communication skills required
  • Ability to produce financial reports to properly assess opportunities for growth
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a proven ability to work independently, adhere to tight deadlines, and multi-task
  • Strong computer skills, with knowledge of basic MS Office programs
  • Familiarity with basic HTML a plus
  • General awareness, knowledge, and passion for the sportswear and lifestyle product categories.
  • Excellent attention to detail and great communication skills are a must
  • In mid-2021, the PUMA North America Regional Corporate Headquarters will be moving to a new office located in Somerville, MA. All positions currently located at the Westford office, as well as at our International Boston office, will make this transition
