Your Mission

  • Work closely with all business units, stakeholders, business champions and systems across both the Wholesale and Retail channels
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Ability to identify must haves vs nice to haves.  Set priorities on test scenarios
  • Facilitate execution of test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate quality testing activities for all test cycles including SIT, UAT, E2E, etc.
  • Identify and document defects, bugs and or enhancement needs from test case conclusions
  • Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics
  • Coordinate testing cycles across multiple projects and enhancements and multiple departments
  • Identify system restraints/impacts throughout testing cycles (should this be constraints?)
  • Provide testing summaries to project and enhancement teams (metrics?)
  • Work with outside vendors to assign roles and responsibilities during test cycles
  • Continuously update test plans based on business process changes or project/enhancement implementations
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Work closely with other IT departments including Business Analysis, Development, Application Support and Project Management
  • Collaborate and engage in actively improving Quality Analyst processes and procedures

Your Talent

  • Must possess the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment and priority shifts
  • Must be self-organized and be able to work independently with a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience 2-4 years
  • SQL experience a plus
  • Regional position that supports multiple business units and locations
  • Travel will be required based on project needs
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, specifically Excel
  • Experience in testing software is preferred
  • In mid-2021, the PUMA North America Regional Corporate Headquarters will be moving to a new office located in Somerville, MA. All positions currently located at the Westford office, as well as at our International Boston office, will make this transition
