Your Mission

  • Lead, plan, execute and monitor all marketing strategies / activities within Hong Kong to achieve brand desirability and commercial objectives working with the key stakeholders. Including: implement seasonal Marketing initiatives, develop local initiatives to address local campaign extensions, strategic/key account initiatives and connect & promote to key opinion leaders
  • Develop and implement marketing strategy and plans to budget to drive brand heat. Identify key product styles along with PR, Merchandising and Sales.  Create and implement lifestyle brand events  
  • Identify and leverage opportunities in music and film entertainment endorsement, celebrity product placement, music collaborations including events and licensing opportunities, film collaborations including licensing opportunities, TV collaborations and endorsements and Brand Events
  • Develop a network and build relations with key influencers in the music, dance, art, club and street fashion store industry to ensure the Brand credibility. Promote the brand’s attractiveness by connecting with early adopters and opinion-leaders with a continuous flow of product stories. Drive effective product seeding to key lifestyle influencers
  • Identify and manage opportunities for collaborations with local key influencers for product or event activation to drive brand ignition

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline 
  • Minimum 3 years marketing experience, 2 years management level 
  • Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese
  • Proven marketing experience for an international lifestyle brand in an advantage
  • Experience in fashion/ sports / lifestyle is preferred
  • Candidate with more experience will be consider as Marketing Manager
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, pro-active and a good team player
  • Excellent planning and project management skills
  • Solid experience in Media, KOL and influencer engagement
