Your Mission

  • Responsible for providing support to the Regional Marketing team in all aspects regarding tasks execution for: a) Social Network optimal functioning; b) Platforms correct adoption; c) Reporting; and d) actualizations.  Coordinate overall execution of SSNN, agencies and reporting activities with LATAM countries aligned with Global/Regional priorities.
  • Support the Regional Marketing team in the implementation of SSNN communication, tracking and campaign evaluations.
  • Track Regional and Country campaigns with local teams, lead weekly SSNN meetings and align on KPI’s, execution and reporting.
  • SSNN understanding to help countries prepare best tailored plans.
  • In depth analysis of campaigns and business information to help prepare digital plans.
  • Reinforce a KPI/ROI culture, identifying deviations early in the process and raising flags when necessary.
  • Give feedback to local media teams to generate the best and optimized media plans to drive PÛMA brand in the region and countries.
  • Engage with local teams and agencies to maximize efficiencies of campaigns (leverage all quantitative analysis tools available).
  • Help SSNN execution in the region, aligned with global guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance of all company policies, systems and platforms (Sprinkler / Media Space)

Your Talent

  • 1-2 years of experience in similar positions /functions
  • Strong verbal and writing skills in Spanish and advanced English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Expert in Social Media, and online analytic tools (Google/Facebook)
  • High proficiency with excel (macros programming ideal)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team player with strong abilities to influence others
  • Proactive and independent
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability and urgency
  • Previous experience with Sprinkler ideal (not mandatory)
  • Extremely organized, process driven and attentive to details
