Your Mission

  • Support of selected golf customers in the area Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • Customer communication relevant to the order
  • Monitoring and maintenance of order balances
  • Work and audit of incoming orders
  • Processing and forwarding of fitting orders as well as commission orders
  • Tracking of on time deliveries
  • Monitoring and maintenance of order backlogs
  • Immediate information management with payment difficulties in consultation with key account managers
  • Editing of residue lists

Your Talent

  • Successfully completed commercial education
  • Professional experience in the area of Customer Service
  • Great interest in golf
  • Business fluent German language skills
  • Safe handling with MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Independent way of working
  • Commitment and conscientiousness
  • Team player mentality
  • Customer-oriented thinking and action
  • Enjoy telephoning
