Your Mission

  • Line list updates to record and monitor any style brief changes as they happen, and sales data analysis to monitor performance of particular lines.
  • Undertaking competitor analysis research to ensure the entire Motorsport team are up to date with the latest developments in the marketplace and presentation of results to the  PLM and design teams
  • Analysis: e.g. of Top 3 styles of each line from quarterly sales figures, net sale figures, Forecast figures etc.
  • Samples management: Managing the incoming and outgoing samples to the various company partners with which the Motorsport department deals with specifically which includes the dispatch of and liaising with the various partners to ensure parcels, trim samples, fabric samples and product samples are delivered on time as requested
  • Managing the internal department reference samples in the sample storage room
  • Handle the seasonal product's designs to create visual overviews for use when conducting in-house meetings with major Motorsport partners and global merchandising personnel
  • Showroom set-up for major seasonal meetings
  • Assisting in seasonal catalogue photo-shoots
  • Preparing and attending international meetings at our PUMA Vision headquarters
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations in English
  • Organizational support during the catalogue process (samples handling and writing catalogue texts in English)
  • Administrative tasks and day-to-day business with MS Office, Lotus Notes and others.

Your Talent

  • All genders are welcome to apply
  • Enrolled as a student for the entire duration of the internship
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of English
  • Team player, organizing ability, being proactive, entrepreneurial attitude
  • Communicative and open-minded
  • Interested in the sporting goods industry, especially in footwear
  • Starting in August; Duration: 6 months
