Your Mission

  • Supporting the E-Commerce Operations Team in various fulfillment processes, warehouse operations, customer service and the vendor management of the respective 3rd parties
  • Organizational assistance in fulfillment related tasks like warehouse logistics (outbound & returns), product personalization (e.g. jersey flocking) and the independent handling of 3rd level customer service inquiries
  • Gain insights into complex pan-European eCommerce processes and develop expertise regarding the connection between different order types & delivery concepts, their impact on customer experience as well as affected service levels, risks and costs
  • Liaise with the eCom warehouse to ensure efficient logistics processes and avoid outbound and return handling backlogs
  • Creation of customer service processes and handle 3rd level customer inquiries
  • Proactively monitor the performance of warehouses, carriers & customer service
  • Create and run regular performance reports and support in analytics and the development of measures to prevent delivery bottlenecks and customer service backlogs
  • Assist the management of value adding services in external warehouses, like jersey flocking or personalization of performance and lifestyle products

  • Must be flexible and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Profound analytical skills
  • Acknowledgment of customers' demand and focus on user experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Starting in September; Duration: 6 months
