The CRM Project Manager will be responsible for leading PUMA North America through the discovery, decision making, and implementation of PUMA’s CRM technology. They will act as the point person between all key stakeholders globally and regionally across various functional areas to ensure timely and accurate project management of this critical organizational initiative. They will support the end-to-end delivery cycle from planning through to build, delivery & support. This role will be key in ensuring the business and the technology team are delivering the right solution to maximize value.
Lead PUMA North America through the discovery, decision making and implementation of PUMA’s CRM initiative of Data Mart & Reporting & Analytics workstreams across all functional areas.
Support the definition of a CRM vision and roadmap, assist with the development of project scope, budgets, project and communication plans and ensure PNA vision, scope and objectives are achieved
Identify user requirements for business and database, manage and collaborate with vendors/partners/internal IT for end-to-end testing and provide vendor and technology recommendations and assisting with RFP processes .
Act as the go-to person for the stakeholders and be capable of providing guidance on functionality & usage of the technology, pulling in SME’s where required.
Ability to work in an outsourced environment managing partner resources in multiple locations and oversee the workflow of all parties involved internally and externally to meet project milestones
Act as a consultant/partner to stakeholders by being fully immersed in their business, and providing technical solutions based on aligned business strategy
Oversee vendors for organization, standards, controls, procedures, and documentation for the project
Manage and evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistency and break down high-level information into details and ensure training plans for internal stakeholders are established
