Your Mission

  • Through analysis, strategic thinking, and collaboration, translate Channel & Key Accounts Sales plans to Merchandise plans
  • Set non-inline targets and own Hit Rate tracking and actions to improve utilization metrics
  • Responsible for Go-In Gross margin target setting and trend forecasting including FOB progressions, Duty impact, and MSRPs, presenting this to Finance & Sales leadership, and providing recommended actions
  • Own all system entry requirements including consolidation, analysis and submitting all Merchandising product forecasts to global organization
  • Support the forecasting process by delivering analytic insights that leverage historical analysis, sell thru, and other syndicated data to the merchandising team at each stage of the development process
  • Manage the seasonal “upstream” activities to ensure we maximize the PNA range before it is launched
  • Responsible for planning GTM milestones and calendar management by setting local dates & gates to ensure we hit all critical global deadlines
  • Provide all data points needed for the Global BU Quarterly calls and other GTM presentations
  • Drive innovation that improves processes, analytics, and visibility to data thus driving better business decisions

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Merchandising or a related field and 2-5 years of experience in Merchandising or Product Planning
  • Knowledge of Merchandising, forecasting, retail math and retail processes
  • Advanced skills in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI
  • Analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply experience and knowledge to provide creative solutions to problems
  • Ability to multitask and evaluate multiple requests with multiple degrees of priority simultaneously
  • Collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to champion and follow through on projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization
  • Ability to execute processes and innovate to support Corporate Targets
