Your Mission

  • Ensure sustainable and profitable market share and net sales growth in the segment of sport speciality stores, teamsport & B2B within CZ and SK territory, while driving the positioning of Puma brand by wholesale distribution channels in line with the Puma guidelines and strategies
  • Development and management of teamsport department (2 people)
  • Develop and and maintain contacts with industry etc. sport associations, clubs, sport speciality stores & B2B
  • Understand the industry best practice, evaluate trends and continuously monitor market development
  • Proactive end-to-end team management
  • Establish a team culture of high service standards, customer first, continuous improvement, transparency and proactive problem resolution  
  • Observe market and analyze competitive information to impact and drive business
  • Perform with excellence and in accordance with company sales policy and, achievement of given KPI´s
  • Responsibility and management of CZ National Football team and contracted football clubs and associations
  • Maintenance of sports marketing budgets dedicated to football clubs and associations
  • Responsibility for sell-ins on quarterly basis
  • Frequent visit of football clubs, matches and other sport events

Your Talent

  • 7 years' experience in sales field of sport and B2B advantage
  • Strong leader and motivator
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure
  • Aptitude in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Strong analytical skills with full responsibility of P&L of given segment
  • Structured, organized and process oriented
  • High focus to fulfill given targets
  • Solid education with university degree
  • Advanced English language skills and fluent Czech is a must
  • Ability to work effectively and independently
  • Excellent Excel and Power Point knowledge and product presentation skills; SAP knowledge is advantage
  • Driving license - with experience and readiness to travel frequently
  • Strong interest in sport
