Develop and support our digital business strategy in conjunction with our regional and global eCommerce leadership team to drive new mobile app consumer experience. Partner with eCommerce and Marketing teams to establish and deliver commercial, user and conversion goals. Candidates will work across the organization to ensure we create a competitive advantage in this space and align on the needs of the business. He/she will support the vision for the app, our product roadmap, and data collection strategy.
Collaborate with global and local leadership to develop vision and strategy for Mobile APP, aligned to strategic objectives
Responsible for creating transparency and developing alignment with mobile app project as regional liaison.
Work closely with internal business partners to identify and evaluate future opportunities to pursue exceeding consumer expectations
Create business and financial models and partner with internal subject matters experts where required to support new concepts and business value.
Work cross-functionality to conduct research on user experience to identify new opportunities.
Partner with analytics team to develop, measure and distribute KPIs and unlock data driven insight and drive recommendations to maximize business potential.
Use consumer, market and competitive insights to stay current with trends and business developments
Ability to use strategic vision to define a customer value proposition and communicate it to various stakeholders
Ability to operate in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity and provide solid recommendations.
