Partner with the Global Mobile App project team to assist in UAT, content setup and readiness, and other general deployment requirements ahead of the launch of the PUMA North America mobile app.
Plan and oversee the execution of online campaigns in relation to content for the mobile app. While not responsible for building creative elements of the site, this individual will partner closely with merchandising, planning, marketing, and global creative services to establish strategic mobile app plans and aligning creative content
Lead content team mobile app planning sessions to develop strategic content plans that align with both the Merchandising and Marketing roadmaps as well as lend themselves to continuously improving the Customer experience
Partner with Global Ecom and Global Creative Services to improve/elevate digital content and the processes within it. This includes but is not limited to enhancing mobile app content via new content functionality, as well as improving existing content, to increase conversion.
Stay current with industry trends and apply insights/learnings to strategic initiatives relating to in-app content, functionality, and experiences.
Must have the ability to make data-driven decisions based on current and historical data while utilizing heatmapping tools and executing A/B Tests for additional insight
Provide hands-on support to perform testing activities during UAT to help validate quality of releases
Work collaboratively with the rest of the ecommerce team to understand weekly business results, to develop seasonal strategies, and to ensure financial targets are achieved
