Your Mission

  • Directly responsible for overseeing all operational workflows and processes that attribute to launching online product and content campaigns on time and accurately, as well all UAT management to ensure a cleanly executed shopping experience.  In addition, this role will be expected to be a key player in continuing to elevate the ecommerce webstore.
  • Oversee all "back-end" system processes required for products, images and content to go live on PUMA.com; this includes staying up to date on system changes/enhancements, troubleshooting system issues, reporting critical issues to IT and/or Development Teams, as well as creating and maintaining all system documentation.
  • Work with the Ecommerce Buying Team to identify and organize all Ecommerce seasonal product assortments.
  • Manage all operational workflows to activate reoccurring online programs such as the Launch Calendar, promotional activities, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and partner with IT and/or the Development Team to monitor and resolve production-related issues.
  • Lead and manage the entire process (requirement gathering all the way through to execution) of all Merchandising and Content related projects.
  • Provide regular status updates of all current Merchandising and Content related projects and bugs, until completed or resolved.
  • In partnership with the Global Ecommerce Team, manage the product photography process from determining what is photographed Globally vs. Regionally, and then overseeing the Regional photography process from product sample acquisition to receipt and upload of final photo assets.
  • Maintain database of own and competitor online site activities, including marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Participate in all CRO initiatives, including proposing new test ideas and monitoring results.
  • Manage all UAT around daily site merchandising, content and promotional initiatives, on all devices and across all browsers – providing outlined test scenarios and detailed feedback daily to ensure correct content and roll-over execution is best in class.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the Ecommerce team to understand weekly business results, to develop seasonal strategies, and to ensure financial targets are achieved.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to multitask various requests at any given time.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills required.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands calmly and efficiently, while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work individually and in a group.
  • Ability to resolve or effectively escalate issues.
