Your Mission

  • Responsible for brand building and marketing plan for COBRA PUMA GOLF including but not limited to, media, print, PR, “In Store”, web, product seeding, and other sports marketing initiatives.
  • Develop, present and execute all aspects of account specific marketing plans that uphold brand standards, support sales objectives and drive sell-in/sell-through of products for designated account base. Plans may include print, digital/social, consumer promotions, sales associate contests, in-store merchandising concepts, and event marketing.
  • Establish relationships with key accounts and work directly with their marketing counterparts to implement marketing plans.
  • Manage all of the content on the website.
  • Direct localization of print and television advertising, as well as production of product catalogs.
  • Responsible for decision making in product materials for tradeshows, sales meetings, and expositions.
  • Responsible for the development and execution of COBRA PUMA GOLF marketing initiatives and POP with key national accounts.
  • Work with sales reps and accounts to ensure that in-store and online brand assets are updated regularly and represent current brand marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the development, production and fulfillment process of Point of Sale marketing fixtures.
  • Manage the planning and execution of key events including such as sales meetings, regional golf shows, media launch events and key account training sessions.

Your Talent

  • Open minded and highly flexible/adaptive management experience that has the ability to develop team members, and motivate them to deliver their goals.
  • Demonstrated excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, presentation, communicating, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and/or related field. Master’s Degree is preferred
  • 3-5 years of direct related marketing experience as described in the job requirements preferably in the golf industry including managing budgets, effective decision making, being able to partner with key accounts, and developing best marketing practices.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset; ability to roll up their sleeves and get it actively involved
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate and manage change throughout the organization including on a global level.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while handing multiple priorities from different sources at any given time
  • Proficient marketing experience and understanding of positioning, performance, features and technology, distribution, endorsement, and creative production.
  • Firm understanding of on course and “off” course golf specialty retail marketing and processes.
