Lead and manage a paid an organic mobile APP marketing strategy focused on app installations and engagement
Develop, manage and constantly drive app store optimization (ASO)
Manage SMS/Email/Push communications to users to drive more engagement and revenues from app.
Collaborate with Organic and Paid Social Media team members on joint campaigns to drive downloads
Liaise with the CRM team to plan campaigns to increase app acquisition and retention
Plan and executing campaigns to boost the total user base and increase app download – work specifically with acquisition and retention teams on campaigns + email strategy
Manage and develop creative briefs for regionally based app content
Manage and execute regionally based exclusive app experiences and content programming that features athletes, ambassadors, collaborations and products
Work with Web content team on optimization strategy - optimizing website and other online channels to drive more organic traffic and increase app downloads
Create and manage portfolio of app influencers and reviewers
Demonstrate ability to work at the planning level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth via paid and owned channels) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems).
Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on all mobile marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.
Collaborate and communicate with global retail, global marketing, regional retail and regional marketing teams on all App based strategy and execution
