Your Mission
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Puma’s WHSL/OR distribution center. Identify and define the critical capabilities needed to support Puma China’s Supply Chain strategies. Think strategically and provide input in the requirements and design process
- Update performance metrics and continually report progress to goal. Works with the 3PL to ensure that customer orders are appropriately prioritized and fulfilled on time and in full on a daily basis. Follow up on customer claims and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Manage quarterly business reviews. Develops tracking and improvement strategies around Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as on-time fulfilment, productivity, inventory accuracy, customer claims, and incident and safety rates. Communicates these metrics to the 3PL partner on a regular/set basis, and that the required action plans are created and executed to closure
- Audit 3PL billing to ensure accuracy, including charge backs related to consumables such as cartons, polybags, shoe boxes, etc. Develop process improvements to mitigate charge backs related to consumables
- Develops and executes an annual budget including expense tracking and forecasting for distribution planning, cost controls, and revenue achievement according to productivity objectives for operational efficiency
- Partners effectively with key stakeholders internally/externally to achieve maximum levels of productivity, ensuring that the business benefits from the lowest possible cost and best value
- Ensures facility compliance with governmental and/or other regulatory laws as communicated and directed by Puma’s insurance agent or Puma China leadership
