Your Mission

  • Develop Buying Guidelines, build Global Retail Range and follow-up on adherence to direction given
  • Coordinate setup of global guidance in Retail Mockup for 360 Meetings
  • Prepare, Conduct and Follow-up on Retail Buy Reviews to ensure product assortments are on Brand and maximize business potential
  • Represent Global Retail Merchandising at Milestone Meetings, providing market insights and ensuring Retail needs are covered
  • Identify business opportunities and manage development of Retail Exclusives, which are only available at PUMA Retail
  • Liaise with PUMA’s licensing partners to coordinate and report on presence at PUMA Retail.

Your Talent

  • University degree and work experience in industry (>5 years)
  • Strong Retail and/or Product competence (>3 years)
  • Product passion, understanding of the competitive environment and future trends in the industry
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills
  • Very strong in effective communication with Senior Management
  • Strong change management capabilities and “getting-things-done” mindset.
