Oversee the Mailroom and Facilities/Maintenance staff at PUMA North America HQ to ensure work is being done effectively and efficiently.
Ensure the building is in clean, safe, working order each day and all areas of the building are fully functional to support PUMA business for our employees and guests.
Ensure health and safety, security and emergency protocols are in place and prepared to be activated as needed.
Develop office supply inventory for HQ and ensure easy access for employees in the building; monitor supply and place replenishment orders as needed.
Develop Facilities policies and procedures such as Shipping/Receiving and how to log tickets for Facilities team support such as: maintenance, moves, gym equipment, catering, room set up and take down, cleaning, product sample donation and/or relocation to PUMA warehouses, conference room inventory.
Oversee the Facilities ticketing system and execute and/or assign daily tickets to staff as needed.
Assist with building layout planning and department moves as requested; maintain up to date floor and seating plans for the building.
Manage Facilities budget.
Partners with the Workplace Experience team to ensure “front of the house” is running smoothly and supports with special events as requested.
Assist daily with shipping and receiving packages to/from mail room, sorting incoming mail and deliver and managing mail.
Oversee copier/printer machine and other vendor agreements and coordinate maintenance as needed
Provide support for other PUMA remote offices/showrooms as directed.
