This position develops the communications roll-out and creation of launch plans for Sell In for all Sportstyle category Initiatives, including definition of key dates and milestones, coordination of channel-specific teams, and communication of those plans to all local markets. This role is responsible for the creation of the Sell In Marketing Plan, and serves as the Business Unit Liaison through the implementation of marketing plans.
Collaborate with the BU team to identify key seasonal stories, and lead the communication planning for Sell In presentations (coordinate with Global, BU and Regional teams)
Writes the Product Launch Framework for Sell In of all Key Sportstyle initiatives
Leads the development of the product launch framework for Sell In, including all phases of the product roll out - from leak, tease, seed to product launch and sustain phases
Defines launch framework with a digital first mindset – focusing on digital selling and communications channels
Serve as the BU liaison to the Global and regional communication functions for strategy alignment and roll out
Tracks the regionalization of launch plans and product roll out, and ensures transparency and visibility to all stakeholders.
