Your Mission

  • Plan and execute effective product listing strategies that are measurable and trackable
  • Launch and optimize all shopping ad types within Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Launch and optimize various campaigns on Amazon (Headline Search Ads, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brand, DSP Ads
  • Partner with feed provider and internal teams to manage and optimize product feeds for all shopping channels
  • Determine audience targeting, pull and upload lists, and monitor their performance
  • Monitor auction insights, campaign trends, and consumer behavior to maximize impression share
  • Monitor search terms and product performance to identify trends
  • Monitor budgets daily and adjust to ensure target KPI’s are hit and scale profitable ads 
  • Adjust bids, and utilize search query funneling techniques to ensure visibility for key products
  • Is responsible for the creative development process for Showcase ads and new shopping ad formats
  • Analyze data and draw actionable insights that can be leveraged across digital channels
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports, covering all shopping channels and performance data 
  • Track KPIs to assess performance, pinpoint issues, and measure against marketing objectives

Your Talent

  • 1-3 years of experience in managing Google and Bing Paid Search Engine Marketing campaigns
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Google/ Bing Certification strongly encouraged, but not required
  • Fundamental knowledge of Google Analytics and/or any other reporting platforms
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns or activations simultaneously with excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fashion/Lifestyle/Footwear and retail/brand experience considered a plus
  • Positive attitude and desire to learn a must
