We are currently looking for a Junior Manager, Marketing - Ecommerce (Email) to join our Ecommerce Marketing team. This person will be responsible for developing the content for our consumer email marketing programs that will drive traffic and sales to our ecommerce platforms for PUMA North America. Using promotion, product, and trigger programs, the successful candidate will constantly seek to improve performance while balancing the merchandising and retail needs of the accelerating business. This role will be joining PUMA’s Ecommerce Marketing team at a critical point in the company’s growth trajectory where the NA Regional office and Boston International teams join together in a new corporate headquarters.
Coordinate and execute calendar of campaigns, events, offers, and messages for email marketing channel aligning with regional retail and merchandising calendars
Execute content creation process for all email and SMS marketing campaigns by coordinating with cross functional teams and delivering final product to ESP and SMS Vendors
Optimize content for automated campaign flows in partnership with the Associate Manager, Marketing – Ecommerce (Email) and Senior Manager, Marketing – Ecommerce Retention
Work as liaison to new SMS Marketing partner and assist with strategy, campaigns, A/B testing, creative, and audience segmentation
Work with our internal Creative Services team by submitting all creative briefs requesting the assets needed to effectively communicate the PUMA message to consumers and seek approval from senior team
Partner with Ecommerce Marketing & Retail Marketing teams to ensure email communication and onsite creative and communication align and provide a frictionless consumer experience
