We have a great opportunity for an IT Support Officer to join the PUMA team! This role is responsible for the provision of IT systems, support, infrastructure and related projects to the PUMA Oceania organization.
This includes supporting the local/regional/global IT strategies and maintaining the daily operations of IT.
Key responsibilities include:
Help maintain integrity, security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment for retail stores and office locations
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests and providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Participate in the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages
Support and implement global IT policies, procedures, and best practice. This includes program and operation documentation and user training / support
Identify and resolve causes of software, hardware and network infrastructure malfunctions and organise repairs or replacements as needed
