Your Mission

  • General support of Product Line Management Apparel team
  • Accurate maintenance and input of data and updates within internal product information system
  • Create seasonal product catalog and sales tools: preparation and inputting product text and product details
  • Competitive research & benchmarking: market research on consumers, retail and product trends (online)
  • Preparation of sales data/order figures using excel, with involvement in margin and pricing calculations
  • Support the preparation of internal product as well as merchandising review meetings
  • Support to develop and execute product line specific projects
  • Preparation of presentations
  • General administrative work and data processing with MS Office programs
  • Creation and update of visual merchandising overviews
  • Key point person for organization of samples: lending out of samples to marketing/sales/BU etc. and tracking whereabouts
  • Keeping work areas and stockrooms up to date, tidy and in order
  • General support of PLM Apparel team in the daily business

Your Talent

  • Enrolled student from Business, Textile Management, (Fashion) Marketing or similar with previous experience of working in retail
  • The ideal candidate embodies joy and Puma’s key values; they are positive, fair, honest and creative
  • The ability to manage and deliver multiple projects in a timely fashion
  • Very good MS Office skills (particularly Excel, Power Point)
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and produce results with a sense of urgency in a highly competitive industry demanding significant commitment to team and company
  • Demands accuracy in all tasks; self-policing and driven to produce output of the highest standard in a consistent manner
  • Hard working, upbeat, friendly, team-player with excellent communication skills (in English) with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize individual work load
