Your Mission
- Develop and maintain Visual Experience archive, organized by date, project (sales meeting, tradeshow, account specific execution, etc.) and supporting design assets/executions
- Develop and maintain a weekly Visual Experience update to be sent to internal business partners outlining key project completion for that week (if applicable)
- Develop and maintain Flagship Visual Experience store design calendar library outlining all flagship graphic assets by zone and dates of graphic update
- Some graphic design support including image resizing, retouching, and or graphic rendering
- Some additional design support in writing creative briefs, visual merchandising guideline design/layout, and PowerPoint presentation design
- Hands-on visual merchandising support at sell-in, sales meetings, etc. This may require overnight travel (will be decided upon on a project-by-project basis)
- Build and maintain vendor database
- Processing vendor purchase orders and invoices
- Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
