- Assist superior and develop and drive a Retail Merchandising plan to deliver against agreed KPIs and objectives.
- Develop sales analysis to monitor the product's sales performance and provide insight for buying plan.
- Drive the process and overall sign-off for delivering the optimum retail assortment to drive sell-through and reach financial targets. Drive country relevant assortments to optimize the local product efficiency and market opportunity while maximizing brand experience across categories and channels.
- Assortment Planning - based on store zoning to provide the quantified buying strategy which aligns with marketing highlight and brand image.
- Cooperate with cross-function to optimize the product range plan to fulfill consumer need .
- Individually responsible for RTF , Golf , TeamSport , ACC and FOC & BFO buying plan.
- Assist the superior to deliver efficient and accurate tasks within deadline irregularly.
- Assist to re-calculate ( adjust original distribution) monthly new product to shops base on the newest situation.
- Ensure inventory level are maintained in line with budget, OTB, and sell-through targets.
