Your Mission
Provide support in deploying Workday and other People Technology platforms to our workforce in the APAC region
Focus on the operational responsibilities associated with satisfying inbound customer service requests for People Technology platforms
Knowledgeable in various Workday modules, advanced report creation, integration support, business process design and configuration and data management
Partner with Global Workday Team on implementation of changes. Coordinate configuration of Workday system with global/regional business needs and organizational process changes.
Testing of new Workday modules, changes and coordination of testing with business users
Provide day-to-day support on Workday system, collaborating with the People & Organization (P&O) team, IT and business leaders to provide efficient and reliable service delivery, and robust data analytics for manager decision support
Troubleshoot Workday issues and errors, quickly resolving them along with root causes. Monitor APAC Workday ticketing queue and the Workday Inbox, and respond to requests and inbox items as appropriate
Coordinate with the Country P&O teams to produce People Dashboard (Power BI) for APAC – develop & implement new features and analytics as needed
In cooperation with P&O and Finance, prepare personnel cost budget/forecast and provide analysis and projections
Support Total Rewards programs including job leveling, salary review, annual bonus plan, and C&B surveys
