This role will act as both a business and a product owner for the PUMA Shopping App in Japan, maintaining 360-degree oversight on technology, business and content.
This role will be responsible for establishing and championing a new commercial channel for PUMA Japan eCommerce to drive exceptional consumer experience and engagement, ultimately to achieve budget. The candidate will work cross-functionally with regional and global teams to define the app roadmap with the goal of improving all parts of the customer journey from discovery to first transaction to repeat purchase.
-Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to deliver on the Mobile App roadmap to meet business objectives.
-Keep a close eye on market trends and constantly evaluate competition to inform the long-term evolution of the product roadmap
-Partner with eCommerce, demand planning, and merchandising teams to forecast, execute and track commercial, user and conversion goals
2.Execution, Retention & Growth
-Ensure execution of planned product launches, content updates, and promotions on the App together with eCommerce, merchandising and marketing teams
-Develop, manage, and constantly drive app store optimization (ASO)
-Collaborate with Performance Marketing & CRM to manage SMS/Email/Push communications to users to drive more engagement and revenues from app, execution of omnichannel campaigns, as well as other campaigns to increase app acquisition and retention
-Manage and execute regionally based exclusive app experiences and content programming that features athletes, ambassadors, collaborations, and products
-Work with Content team on optimization strategy optimizing website and other online channels to drive more organic traffic and increase app downloads
-Collaborate with the UI/UX teams to ensure that Mobile App experience remains relevant and intuitive
-Partner with global and local analytics teams to establish, track and report on KPIs, to unlock data-driven insights and to identify new opportunities.
