Your Mission

  • Conceptualize and execute new and original pattern, graphic, and footwear designs while creating product narratives that align with the overall creative direction
  • Engineer value considered alternatives of In-line Product
  • Design, refine, and specify trend relevant color and material options based off market research and design trend analysis
  • Prepare design review presentations and manage design database updates
  • Execute and refine footwear detailing, multiple prototyping, and technical packages
  • Develop constructive working relationships with fellow Designers, category Product Line Managers, and the Development team to understand their role in the process and achieve successful product outcomes

Your Talent

  • 0-2 years of product design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design or related field
  • Design, drawing, rendering and presentation skills
  • Refined design conceptualization and understanding of design quality and footwear manufacturing materials and processes
  • Understanding of consumer trends and retail, market, and product line dynamics
  • Competency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Keyshot9, and other 3D design tools
  • Ability to travel and work internationally 25%
