Your Mission

PUMA is one of the world’s leading Sports Brands that designs and develops footwear, apparel and accessories. It starts in sport and ends in fashion. PUMA offers performance and sport-inspired lifestyle products in categories such as Football, Running, Training, Fitness, Golf and Motorsports.

We are currently looking for a Coordinator, Operations - Wholesale to join our growing team in Westford, MA. Ideal candidate will be supporting order, distribution and tracking process of product samples for all Business Segments within PUMA. He/She will be responsible for facilitating order samples through live workstream, requests from Sales teams and maintain shipment database accuracy.

Coordinate product samples for on/off-site meetings including but not limited to steaming Apparel and racking Footwear
Support photo studio sample process and receipt of non-inline products with Merchandising team
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure accurate sample distribution across all product channels
Assist and support with budget and spending tracking across different departments
Support teams with past season products being shipped to NAFTA
Assist the Wholesale Operations team during off peak periods to conduct system cross check

Your Talent

1-2+ years of experience in operational or project management
Ability to work and collaborate with cross functional teams
Analytical, deadline driven with prioritization and project management skills
Knowledge in MS Suite, Excel and working in various systems
Light physical activity (lifting up to 30lbs)
10% travel to support different locations
