- Process consulting and solution design with focus on Order to Cash & Retail (SD)
- Prioritization of business demands and user stories according to business needs and business cases
- Perform process analysis, improvement and reengineering
- Establish methodologies and principles in close collaboration with PMO (Project Management Office)
- Manage cross functional and cross department relationships and ensure communication with all relevant stakeholders
- Partner closely with IT for solution design, development and implementation of new functionality and system capabilities
- Analyze and validate data and own the creation of KPI reports to guide transformation and change.
