BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER ORDER-TO-CASH / RETAIL

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Retail business process expert with SAP experience to join our FOREVER FASTER Business Solutions team in our Headquarters in Herzogenaurach.

• Process consulting and solution design with focus on Order to Cash & Retail (SD)
• Prioritization of business demands and user stories according to business needs
• Perform process analysis, improvement and reengineering. Establish methodologies and principles in close collaboration with PMO (Project Management Office)
• Manage cross functional and cross department relationships and ensure communication with all relevant stakeholder
• Partner closely with technical teams for solution design, development and implementation of new functionality and system capabilities
• Analyze and validate data and own the creation of KPI reports to guide transformation and change.

• Excellent university degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
• Several years’ work experience in fashion/apparel/consumer-goods and/or retail context
• Thorough understanding of purchase-to-pay processes in the fashion/apparel/consumer-goods industry
• Participation in multiple ERP projects from design to implementation (preferably SAP S/4 HANA experience)
• Experience with business transformation / change management
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional & cross-cultural environments
• Hands-on mindset, enthusiasm and drive to perform
• International exposure and willingness to travel
• Fluent English is a must.
