Your Mission

  • Assist in the creation of consensus forecasts using forecasting tools, analysis, model creation, supersession/re-alignment, and present forecast in preparation for monthly cross functional demand review meetings
  • Provide reports, graphs, and data analysis to support forecasting performance and KPIs
  • Utilize monthly communications with Global Sourcing to balance demand changes with supply and work closely with supply planning team to align demand signals
  • Assist in the communication of forecasting & replenishment strategies to support stocking policies
  • Manage demand classifications (Make-To-Forecast/Make-To-Order).
  • Run, format, analyze, and prepare reports and forecasting projects to support growth, supply balancing and level loading

Your Talent

  • 1-3 years of Demand Planning experience or college degree in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Industry/market knowledge
  • Team player with analytical and communication skills with the ability to be organized and multi-task
  • Experience being a self-starter and change leader within a fast-paced environment
