Your Mission
Responsible for PUMA India’s brand recall & community growth across social media channels, along with media planning across marketing campaigns.
- Plan, manage, measure & grow social marketing efforts across all key social channels
- Deliver brand & business objectives through effective media planning for Marketing campaigns
- Ensure cohesive & aspirational brand image and voice across social channels
- Social Media:
- Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
- Grow audience and engagement by delivering fully integrated social activations across channels
- Maximize purchase intent and traffic to PUMA.com from Social communities
- Plan and execute monthly social calendars, working together with various internal departments
- Track social performance metrics weekly and monthly; Identify actionable insights & best practices for brand & content teams
- Monitor social trends & sentiment to proactively leverage opportunities for growth and engagement
- Own Community Management across channels, including responding to questions & engaging in conversation
- Work with internal creative team & external digital agency for ideation & creation of impactful activations
- Build tracking links for all links driven from social channels
- Stay up to date on social media platforms including new platforms, new features, and new ad units
- Ensure clear and consistent voice and tonality of the brand across media
- Have a strong feel of the channel and audience pulse, and conceptualize social activations which will have a lasting impact
Media Planning:
- Understand & leverage the dynamic landscape of digital channels, emerging platforms, and audiences, to drive media plans for marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the wider Marketing team to ensure consistent and impactful campaign execution
- Manage promotions for digital marketing campaigns and coordinate with partners for execution
- Ensure that the budget spent in all channels is in line with the Brand & ROI targets
- Constantly test, optimize and analyze campaigns and projects based on metrics
