Your Mission

  • Support and organize the day-to-day business for the Director Global Go-To-Market (GTM)
  • Organize travel schedules, flight & hotel bookings as well as the calendar for the Director Global GTM
  • Organize, submit & track expense reports
  • Support and organize the information and communication flow within the Global Merchandising team
  • Be the point person for GTM in the organization of the 2x annual 360 events and other internal merchandising events
  • Be the central point for building the annual budget presentation for all cost centers reporting to the Director Global GTM
  • Manage the central template for the department travel budget

Your Talent

  • Position is limited for 12 months
  • Successfully completed apprenticeship or studies in commercial area
  • First relevant work experience, ideally in an assistant role
  • High level of discretion and service orientation
  • Friendly, positive and energetic attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills, communication skills and time management skills
  • Professional command of English and German language
  • Open minded and flexible
