Your Mission
- Sourcing landscape & strategy alignment: Work closely with your manager and the PGS teams to further develop the sourcing landscape & strategies
- Define mid-term sourcing landscape, organization setup roadmap, align strategic capacity allocation & planning
- Evaluate and analyze current vendors (risks, options and opportunities) and influence /optimize their capability by further exploring their individual competitive advantages. Review potential new vendors integration
- Identify process improvements, systems and benchmarking opportunities for maximum value creation and speed. Strategic operational involvement around key priority product launches
- Project Management: action with other departments on projects or solutions involving sourcing organization
- Align corporate initiatives to drive/support sourcing organization & suppliers related programs
- Being able to handle multiple topics and projects and understand and acknowledge how they fit inside the PUMA landscape. Scheduling and aligning calendars across multiple time zones and personnel also important
- Data analytics : Using excel, PowerBI and other data sources to create and maintain information around all PGS topics. Focus on volumes and values produced by country and factory breakdown
- Using multiple sources of information to not only build pivot tables but also then incorporate into powerpoints or presentations to highlight a point of view on many varied topics
