Your Mission

  • Manage the daily operations of E-commerce operation under the supervision of E-commerce Operation Manager, including internal management and external communication.
  • Work with Operation Manager and support to achieve the E-commerce sales target, and work with other E-commerce functions team to manage and implement the agreed e-commerce strategy and plans on TMALL.
  • Build high-effective relationship with TMALL platform and be familiar with the platform operation mode and be sensitive to business intelligence of industry/platform/competitors.
  • Work with TP and other functions to set up promotion plan and with clear process.
  • Analyze sales performance & conversion data, complains and comments from consumers to advice improvement action plan.
  • Deliver report accordingly with high efficiency and high quality.
  • Work with FIN and Operation Manger to make sure the relevant operation of e-commerce project is under right process and do sales data check or other relevant data inquiry from FIN, to finish FIN related data upload internal system operation and finish payment and submit invoice on time.
  • Work together Operation Manager for warehouse and logistics management.
  • Work with IT department to build up the e-commerce system structure, necessary interface & applications and ensure the appropriate maintenance.
  • Work with Legal to make sure the process can meet business requirement.
  • Work with e-marketing team to support the market roll-out strategy, promote e-commerce business channel to consumers.
  • Work with merchandising team to push the product sell through, optimize the inventory structure and fulfill the business need.
  • Work with the TP to ensure the smooth running of customer service, order processing & billing, delivery, return & change, payment & refunds.
  • Monitor and ensure TP operate and provide the service according to requirements and meet the brand’s expectation.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor degree in Statistics / Computer Science/ Business preferred with good business acumen;
  • 5-6 years+ experience of E-commerce management, including back-end and TP management; IT knowledge will be a plus;
  • Fluent in Written English;
  • Working Knowledge of MS office programs (Word, PPT, Excel);
  • TP working experience will be a plus;
  • Strong interpersonal/influencing skills;
  • A good team player;
  • Able to work under high pressure and be flexible in working extended hours;
  • Experience managing vendor relationships;
  • Detail-oriented and focused on quality control and execution efficiency .
