Your Mission
- Work closely with all business units, stakeholders, business champions and systems across the Wholesale, Retail and Ecommerce channels
- Follow the intake process provided by Business Solutions team, facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders, and provide estimates of resource capacity
- Collaborate and engage in actively improving Business Analyst processes and procedures by reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating current processes and systems and communicating operational impact of any changes
- Construct and maintain all project and enhancement related documentation including Requirements, Functional Specifications and Mapping
- Build high level and detailed test scenarios while working closely with our Quality Assurance department
- Work closely with Development, Application Support and Project Management IT teams including handover meetings through the life cycle of a project or enhancement
