This role is responsible for overall Employee Engagement, Onboarding and HR Operations for the Corporate organization.
Onboarding and Induction
Drive the induction and onboarding program for new joinees to ensure they fit in well and at all levels – culturally, socially and in terms of business needs
Support the new joinees in completing all onboarding formalities as per the statutory requirements
Keep employee files updated with proper documentation
Develop and implement orientation programs for new joinees at regular intervals
Regular feedback sessions with new joinees
Create and drive employee engagement initiatives in line with the brand philosophy and principles.
Develop, maintain, update, and communicate the employee engagement calendar
Drive the brand culture across all offices and locations through engagement at regional and local levels
Ownership of the periodic HR communication
Support Puma global in conducting global employee surveys etc. and also design and implement employee surveys at the country level
Identify and drive external surveys (like GPTW, Top Employers) which are inline with the brand’s business and people philosophy
HR Operations, HR Policies, Employee Safety, Welfare and Wellness
Manage HRMS for employee life cycle
Aid employees to understand company policies and procedures
Explain benefits and entitlements and take periodic sessions to disseminate information in case there are any statutory changes
Supervise employee medical insurance scheme and serve as a liaison between the employees and insurance carriers
Coordinate employee exit process – organize exit interviews and exit documentation, coordinate retention talks with managers, if required
Compensation, Payroll and Benefits
Handle monthly payroll process for corporate employees
Process Benefits handbook and benefit claim process
Monthly reconciliation and manage all reporting
Rewards & Recognition
Drive R&R engagement initiatives in line with the brand philosophy and principles.
Maintain Organization structure file and keep it updated. Disseminate as required
Have an updated repository of JDs for all roles in the organization along with measurable performance indicators for each role.
