Connecting global & local
Merchandising & Go-To-Market serves as a link between our markets and the product teams. We focus on clearly communicating PUMA’s priorities and providing the information, processes, tools and training to stay on target. By teaming up with the global, regional and local teams, we are able to gain the relevant insights, make the right decisions and enable the commercial implementation of our products in the various markets.

The Merchandising & Go-To-Market Organization is responsible for ensuring consumer and account needs in the individual markets are served while maintaining PUMA’s true DNA.
Across the Company
The key to success is building strong relationships with global, regional and local teams. We support the global product teams with relevant insights to develop the right product for the right market, and we work closely with the marketing teams to bring the brand strategy to life through appropriate investments.
The right product at the right place
Finally, we work closely with local Merchandising teams, who are responsible for tailoring the product and go-to-market strategy to the requirements of their markets and key accounts to secure a successful implementation of the product ranges.
