PUMA Suppliers

Public Factory List

We recognize the importance for transparency in our supply chain also towards our stakeholders and publish our list of our core component and material suppliers (Tier 2 and 3) in addition to our core manufacturers (Tier 1 suppliers).

This PUMA global core factory list includes suppliers that stand for 80% of the sourcing volume of our apparel, footwear, and accessory division in 2015. Of the 159 factories, 133 are located in Asia, 14 are located in America, 8 in Europe, and 4 in Africa. Asia remains the strongest sourcing region overall with China and Vietnam as our main sourcing countries. The core factory list includes information on the type of factories (e.g. material or finished product supplier) and whether a wet process is involved.

Supply Chain Financing Programme

PUMA and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, have entered into a partnership to provide financing to PUMA's suppliers in emerging markets. This innovative program, which is the first a European brand signs with IFC, will offer financial incentives for suppliers to improve environmental, health and safety and social standards.

For this purpose, the IFC, together with PUMA feedback, has put together an ESRS (Environmental and Social Review Summary).
