Bjørn Gulden has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PUMA SE since 1 July 2013 and is a member of the Kering Executive Committee. He brings to PUMA an extensive international experience of nearly 20 years in the sporting goods and footwear industry, where he held a variety of management positions. Gulden was CEO of Danish jewellery brand Pandora from the beginning of 2012 to 2013. From 2000 to 2011, the Norwegian native was Managing Director of Europe’s largest footwear retailer, Deichmann, where he also headed the US-subsidiaries Rack Room Shoes and Off Broadway Shoes as CEO and President.
Michael Lämmermann has been responsible for Finance and Legal since January 1, 2013. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director of PUMA SE, he had been General Manager Finance. Michael Lämmermann joined PUMA in 1993 and became the Director of Controlling in 1998. He was then promoted to Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of PUMA North America, based in Westford, USA, a role he filled for 10 years, before returning to Germany.
Stefano Caroti is responsible for PUMA’s wholesale and retail functions. He had been a member of PUMA AG’s Board of Management since August 2008. Stefano Caroti previously held a number of senior executive positions at Nike in Sales, Product, Marketing and General Management. Most recently, Stefano was Vice President for EMEA Commerce at Nike’s European headquarters in the Netherlands, where he was responsible for the entire wholesale and retail business in the EMEA region.
Lars Sørensen has been responsible for Operations as well as Supply Chain Management, Logistics and IT since 1 August 2014. He joined PUMA in November 2013 as Global Director Business Processes and Intelligence. Prior to PUMA, the Danish native was previously the Chief Operating Officer at Bestseller and Esprit and before that he held leadership roles at Adidas and Lego.
