Intern (m/f) Pattern Department

We are currently searching for an intern to join our Pattern Team starting February 2010 for six months.

Duties:

• Development and implementation of small projects and/or guidelines for the Pattern Department and related departments (e.g. workmanship guideline for standardised pocket solutions)
• Support the sample service with cutting and ironing
• Contribute to the Puma internal measurement chart system with regard to the basic measurement charts
• join fittings within the department and general fitting meetings with other departments (Design, Dev., PLM)
• Measure samples and check the general quality
• Creation of pattern layouts on the Gerber marker system
• Support the Pattern Team in the creation and maintenance of all pattern related tasks  

We Require:

• Student of Design, Pattern ect.
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Creative and proactive
• Fluent in English
• experiences in pattern-making a plus
• Team player
