To get to know the fascinating world of the sports and sport lifestyle industry, you are involved into projects and day to day business in our international team right from the start. You will be challenged and will be able to take responsibility in smaller projects. During your trainee program you will be working in different areas and get the chance to get to know the processes and structures. The duration of the trainee program is 12 to 18 months. We will discuss the different assignments with you individually.

We expect:

• A university degree or technical college diploma
• Some initial practical training experience gained through a number of relevant internships
• Several months spent in a foreign country as part of your studies or an internship
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-confidence
• An open-minded attitude in an international environment
• Strong communication skills and a talent for organization
• Commitment and flexibility
• Excellent English skills, other foreign languages an advantage
• Enthusiasm for sports
• Good MS Office skills
