Join PUMA's International Apparel Division in our headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany.

Your tasks and responsibilities as Pattern Support Manager (m/f) will include:

• Managing the Pattern department and leading a team of Pattern Maker, Team Assistant and Sample Assistant
• Development of basic and style patterns for Research & Development/Design worldwide adjusted to the regional requirements
• On-time shipment of all patterns to the suppliers worldwide
• Train and support suppliers in professional usage of the patterns provided
• Instruct and train employees of Research & Development, Design, Sourcing in terms of using the patterns
• Develop and maintain the pattern systems
• Develop, maintain and train global valid pattern guidelines, requirements, documents
• Participate in all strategic meetings regarding the pattern area
• Archive all patterns

We expect:

• University degree or similar education with a focus on textile technology and/or pattern making
• Several years work experience in pattern development in a similar position
• Management experience is essential
• Very good communication and excellent presentation skills
• Good verbal and written language skills in English
• PC literate (MS office, Internet, CAD Software, ideally Gerber)
• Highly motivated teamplayer
